About Me
- Amy at Woza Books
- Amy Wachspress has a master’s degree in English Language and Literature and she is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. She founded Woza Books in 2006 to self-publish The Call to Shakabaz (2007). In 2012, Counterpoint Press published her adult novel, Memories from Cherry Harvest. In 2023 she published Changing the Prophecy, a sequel to The Call to Shakabaz. She works as a grant writer. She and her husband Ron Reed raised their three children on 40 acres of remote forest in Northern California. They now live in the Pacific Northwest near their grandchildren.
